Not as Pictured & Hygenic Concerns

The package arrived in a sealed shipping bag but the actual package for the underwear was wide open. None of the underwear had protective lining. Plus, these look NOTHING like the image displayed. I thought these would have bright & vibrant colors… nope. They’re dull & look worn out. No wonder this was such a great deal. Returning.
