A: Hello Leah - We appreciate your interest in our Headboard! To answer your question, We cannot say if it will attach to every wood bed frame they are all different. Please take a look at the 360 view on the website for the connection points. Your frame must fit between the wings at 42". And the slot to attach to the frame is at 39" apart and 12" is the highest it can attach. You will need to review your frame to determine if this can be done. I hope this helps! -Erin
