Q: Can I buy more than one package of lights but pair it with just one switch?
A: Hi Girlkicks, thank you for your question. Yes, they have the same frequency so if you purchase 2 packages, one remote can control 4 lights. If you have any further questions, please feel free to respond or contact us through phone or email. Thank you, Jasco Products
submitted byTech Support - 7 years agoBrand expertA: Hello Girlkicks, Thank you so much for your question. Each pack has 2 light bulbs with one switch, so unfortunately if you purchase multiples it would be 2 lights per switch. You would not be able to use one of the switches to control all of the lights. Thank you again. -GE Customer Service

Q: How long do they last before it's time to change batteries?
A: Hi Krose764, thank you for reaching out to us with your question. It will depend on the usage. The light has 2 operating modes, ON/Off/RF. When in RF mode, your batteries will drain quicker because of the open frequency that the remote and lights will have vs simply turning the fixtures off. If you have any further questions, we encourage you to respond or contact our Customer Support through phone or email. Thank you, Jasco Products Tech Support.

Q: My bar lights recently stopped working. I tried replacing the batteries in the switch but they still do not work. How do I get the bars off the wall to change the batteries?
A: Hello Moorefield Family, thank you for your question. It will depend on which mounting option was used to install the fixture. If the fixture was installed using the mounting screw, you can simply slid the fixture to left to unlock it from the mounting screw and pull the fixture down. If the fixture was mounted using the double sided dual lock tape, you will need to slightly pull the fixture down to remove the fixture. If you have any further questions, we encourage you to respond or contact our Customer Support through phone or email. Thank you, Jasco Products Tech Support (Manufacturer)
