A: yes and no. there will be a cover but if you look at the bottom u can see that there all different and u could just reference the cover photo with what looks at the bottom.

Got Heeseung and Jungwon!
I loved this so much I bought 2 and got Heeseung and Jungwon. Though I did still notice that a lot of the lower reviews saying that it fell apart were right, but also my friend who hadn’t gotten it from target also had the issue with it falling apart, so it’s really just a manufacturing issue and nothing to due with buying from target itself. Either way, loved these pulls, I also got a Ni-ki and a second Jungwon card from these.
