In 2020, she founded The Black Enneagram, a digital sanctuary with the goals of increasing self-awareness and promoting self-actualization and community health, specifically in the Black community. Through engaging content and thought-provoking discussions, Dayo has cultivated a vibrant online community with an unwavering commitment to amplify marginalized voices within the Enneagram community.
