I was so happy to find that eos made a mineral spf for lips! This is a thicker consistency than the non-spf version, which ensures longer wear. And it has a lovely, light scent. I love this lip balm for summer and sun! I just bought 4 more. My only ask of eos is that they add "SPF15" to the lip balm case. I have eos lip balms in numerous drawers throughout my home and it's not easy to differentiate the spf 15 from the non-spf balms. I actually write on mine with a sharpie. (yes, I know there's a label on the bottom of the balm, but I want it on the actual case for easy identification).

However, the balm does leave a white chalky film on yours lips, even if applied lightly. I assume that’s the sunscreen at play, but is something to consider when purchasing.

I do really like that it contains a mineral sunscreen in it for spf. The pineapple coconut flavor tastes just like summer but I found it to be sweeter than I would normally prefer. It does not feel very moisturizing but if you’re only looking for a lip product with spf then this could be a good option.

It feels nice on the lips and is effective at giving a shine, however I find myself reapplying often which is a bit frustrating. Overall fairly good product.

I was really excited to find that EOS came out with a lip balm that has SPF, but I don’t love it. It leaves a white cakey film on your lips. The application is far from smooth, it feels chalky. I will be sticking to the original EOS balms over this.

Where I live, the sun is always intense, so i'm always looking for a good lip balm that has SPF in it. This lip palm has SPF 15 in it and says that the protection could last up to eighty minutes. This is awesome, so I don't have to keep reapplying every few minutes. The lip balm itself is nice and smooth and has a light pineapple coconut smell to it. It also doesn't have a very intense taste, which I really like. I may just use this lip balm all year long. Overall, I gave it a perfect score because it's perfect, long-lasting, smooth and silky, a fun pineapple coconut scent and taste, with the HUGE added bonus of SPF 15! Amazing product.
