A fantastically funny read-aloud about two unlikely friends and their epic journey around the world.Review Quotes
Debuting illustrator Spencer's cartoonish illustrations pair well with Daywalt's text of two travelers, heightening the characters' incongruity through facial expressions and body language. -- Publishers WeeklyAbout The Author
Drew Daywalt is the author of the blockbuster #1 New York Times bestselling The Day the Crayons Quit, illustrated by Oliver Jeffers, for which he won the E.B. White Read Aloud Award. He also penned the bestselling companion book, The Day the Crayons Came Home, as well as The Legend of Rock Paper Scissors. David Spencer is an illustrator and designer with a background in licensing, product design and print media. In his spare time he gets overexcited at movies with big robots, loves drawing monsters, guys in capes and other silly things. He has a undying affinity for anything that lets him be loud in social settings and when he isn't drawing fun stuff he can be found helping his kids get into adventure wherever it may rear its head. The Epic Adventures of Huggie & Stick is his debut picture book.Dimensions (Overall): 10.2 Inches (H) x 10.1 Inch (W) x .5 Inch (D)

We loved it and it made us all laugh out loud together (one of the reasons we love this author). Nothing seemed inappropriate to us as mentioned by another.

I sent the book to my daughter for my 4 year and 7 year old grandchildren. She did a preview and found the book inappropriate in her opinion. Without detail, I suggest you take a peek before buying/gifting. I’m a huge Drew Daywalt fan (Sleepy the Goodnight Buddy is the kids favorite!) but this one pushed the envelope for my daughter and she returned it.
Cute but odd

I have to say, my daughter was happier with this book than I was. It jumps back and forth between the characters thoughts without being very obvious about it. Better for I’d say, 6+ rather than 3-5
