This is the third type of carrier that I tried because I needed to put it on myself and was getting frustrated with how challenging the others were to put on. This one is easy to put on solo - I’ve worn it around the house, taken baby out of car seat and put directly into carrier by myself to walk around the store, airplanes, etc! Easy to adjust and also take off by yourself. Material is comfy too - highly recommend!

A: You can launder your carrier using a mild detergent on a gentle cycle with cold water. You can use the dryer for about 20 minutes. It will still be damp. Hang out to dry for the duration of the drying time.

All Time Fav
I’ve tried 6+ carriers including the other ergo baby one and this one is by far the most comfortable and easy to wear carrier. My back kills me and my hips and legs go numb in other carriers, but this one is so cozy and holds and distributes weight perfectly. I’ve used it for 2 kids so far. With all of the carriers out there, it’s incredibly overwhelming trying to find the right one, I recommend just getting this one! My husband loves it too and it’s easy to put on alone.

Comfortable for me and baby
Most comfortable carrier I’ve tried. Doesn’t put strain on my back like other ones I’ve had. I also feel like there is a lot of head support for my baby when I have to bend slightly. I’m never bending much but in the past I’ve felt like I had to hold my babies head when I’m just walking around like it’s flopping all over if not. Not the case with this one at all. Very secure. She falls right asleep after I put get her in.

My baby feels comfortable and happy
I wasn't really into hip seat carrier at first but it makes a BIG difference! I got the regular carrier and the weight pressure was put on baby's thighs, the hip seat solves that problem! He looks so comfy and happy when we use this carrier. Also the hip seat helps to balance out the weight pressure on my shoulders, making both mom and baby feel comfortable. I also love the breathable mesh cushion material, very well made. Highly recommended!

Literally one of the best things I got for my baby. I use it everyday as it's incredibly practical—super easy to put on, comfortable to wear, light weight and perfect for keeping my hands free around the house or while out and about. My baby is a big boy at 25 lbs and my shoulders and neck were hurting so much that I made the decision to buy this. So far it’s has been a huge relief, almost no more pain (plus PT), and he seems to like it as well! It’s comfortable, easy to take on and off, and looks easy to wash. Highly recommend.

Love this one!
I love this carrier because the material is very soft and slightly stretchy. The over the shoulder straps splay out to distribute the weight over your shoulders, not just straight up and over. This makes it much more economic so it does not hurt my back like other carriers that have straps that go just straight up and over the shoulders.

Uncomfortable
Bought this carrier and it’s just so uncomfortable. My baby is 3 months and wears 3-6 months and it just seems to small. He is approximately 15lbs. I would definitely say this is for newborns. I did not like that there is no head support. I went and bought a Lillebaby and that seems better. I originally was avoiding a big carrier b/c I like how simple my moby wrap is. But this one is definitely not the one.

The Alta was great for having a toddler (carry in the back) and a baby, but the zipper to attach the top kept slipping off while wearing it! We were at Disney world when this happened. We love the regular carrier and would recommend the Tushbaby system for a hip seat.

I love this hip carrier
I love this hip carrier compared to the top competitor. It may seem a bit bigger/clunkier than tushbaby but I felt it supported the baby mush more with its solid seat compared to just having a shelf seat. The additional attachment that comes with it is also superior as it has a head cover and is the only thing that can have my baby fall asleep easily on the go. I felt no strain or pressure points while wearing this for long periods of time. We traveled with it and has been my saving grace with keeping up with my toddler while holding my baby.

I wish they have more pockets on the belt. Also, it would be nice to have Velcro on the belt to secure better. i don't like Extra Belt part is hanging.
