For me, it mostly just created a warming sensation without much of a noticeable improvement in firmness or performance. That said, it has some positives: • No smell • Simple ingredients • No irritation or side effects at all It’s easy to apply and feels safe to use, which is a plus. Personally, I’d stick with more proven meds like Viagra or Cialis they’ve been more effective for me. But if you can’t take oral meds, or want to avoid systemic effects, this might be worth trying. Just keep expectations realistic — it doesn’t work for everyone.

I think it could be a decent addition but I’m unsure that it would work for true ED. On the plus side, it didn’t irritate my skin and felt nice. I was worried about it transferring to my partner in some way and irritating them but it did not. I felt a little stimulating sensation after application which was nice.
