In the sunlight you can see the color really nicely and it’s very pretty. In darker lighting it may look more white then pink at times. Decent drying time but does go on a bit streaky. Color can definitely be built up if wanted. Could be a nice everyday natural color if that’s your vibe. I do think the name matches the color which is satisfying.

    A chic baby pink

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s in fact a Classic. I love Essie nail polishes because of its texture and durability, so I was already a consumer of the brand. The ballet slippers is a soft pink/baby pink color that just makes everything so chic. It was very easy to apply and the duration was also very good. I found out later that it was the color which Elizabeth II used to wear and I found it very amusing. So it’s definitely a yes for me.

    Quality Polish

    I got the shade Ballet Slippers. It is the perfect light pink neutral. It makes my nails look so clean and put together. It is easy to apply and is opaque with two coats. I used it with the quick dry top coat from Essie and it only took a few minutes to dry. It has a nice shine to it, but it’s even better with a top coat. It lasts longer than other polishes, especially on my toes. Definitely recommend!
