Smells different
I finally got a couple of bottles with the new look printed on them. The formula says it’s the same but it smells different than the old bottle. The new bottle smells floral even though it’s fragrance free.

The new formulation is more allergenic and contains sodium benzoate. Cannot use it.

Drying/irritating
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have dry, sensitive skin and this did not help that at all which irritated my skin more. I found it to be very drying and the smell was offensive like fingernail polish remover???? Odd. My advice: if you have my skin type, be careful with this.

Surprised in a great way!!!
This is the holy grail of fragrance free body washes! It lathers extremely well. Has a very slight scent which isn’t listed as an added artificial fragrance in the ingredients. I cannot use body washes that contain this kind of fragrance because it messes with my ph levels intensely. What I like most of all is that I feel super clean and it beyond softens my skin from head to toe. A little goes a long way. I find most fragrance free body washes are mostly drying and a lot of product must be used to really get the full effect of the wash. This one by far exceeds my expectations.

I was excited to try this new face/body wash as Eucerin products are fragrance free and tend to be more gentle but it was too drying for my dry, sensitive skin. It feels smooth when washing but as soon as I rinsed, my skin became tight and red therefore I cannot recommend this for dry skin.
