EUREKA ERGONOMIC SERENE, Napa Leather Executive Office Chair

This is a beautiful chair with quality leather. That is all. I cannot get the tilt to work, and the other adjustments are clunky. The lumbar support is too much and pushes me forward in the chair. I cannot lean back without basically reclining because it pushes my stomach forward. A good alternative (with more adjustments and a better price tag) would be the Branch Ergonomic Pro.

This chair blends style and function. The leather upholstery looks high-end, and it pairs well with my office decor.

Leather quality is top-notch. The Napa leather feels amazing – supple. Stitching looks clean. Easy to wipe clean too.

Blends with my law office’s modern decor. Clients often compliment the clean lines – looks expensive without being flashy.

Three months in, the Napa leather stays comfortable through 8-hour days.

All parts arrived with no missing pieces . When I emailed asking about tilt adjustment, customer service sent a step-by-step video within 2 hours. Chair rolled smoothly on hardwood floors right after assembly. One of the smoother furniture setups I’ve done.

This chair is absolutely beautiful . . it looks so sleek and well made. What is even better is how easy it is to put together. The instructions are on point that even a ten year can do it. Please buy this beautiful chair and it is so comfortable.

Just got it. It seems like a comfy chair and nice looking( but be aware of dark green back whish is Not clear on the websiteand its not as white as i expected b ut greyish and kinda beige color picture but need to review at least in 6 months to see how ita going. Im have 1 herniated disk and 1 bulged so its important. Has a lumbar support and head support which feels good. Be aware not easy to assemble it in one person and Instructions are very blury not really heplful.

Comfy, elegant, and the orange is perfect. I was scared the color would be too yellow/bright but it’s perfect.

After purchasing a Desk from Eureka, and looking at their selection of office chairs, I purchased this Royal II, silicone leather office chair. I looked at many other chairs on other websites. Eureka was the only site that had beautiful leather chairs at a reasonable price. The chair has great lumbar and back support, is firm and provides support on all sides. It is comfortable even after working at the desk all day.

Ordered this chair as all the others I had failed over time and caused injury to my back. Wanted genuine leather and good lumbar support. I just finished assembling the chair, and this has been the most comfortable office chair I have had. The seat is firm and supportive. The biggest plus is the lumbar support it provides for my back, where the it shapes to fit my natural contour.

The chair seat is a bit too long for my height at 5’9”. Even with the seat set back as far as possible my back barely touches the back cushion. I found myself having to fall into my chair as far back as possible for my back to touch the seat back cushion. The Napa Leather is beautiful in look and feel, a real luxurious chair. The delivery was quick but the chair carton was severely damaged, I accepted delivery making FEDEX take pictures of the damaged carton before the left. Incredibly, there was no damage to the chair at all. The chair was easy to assemble but I found I needed a helping hand in order to bolt it down. Other than all that, this char is best for long legged people
