Good quality but still smells of formaldehyde
Product arrived in good condition - a few dings in the packaging but contents were well protected. Assembly was easy (following instructions) but time-consuming - it took me about 2-1/2 hours but I didn't rush. Removing the hardware from the shrink-wrap was a bit of a pain. Very pleased with the overall quality, but space for turntable was a bit tight - not enough room for cables, and needed to remove it's dust cover. Downside is that, even after a week, there is a strong chemical smell (I'm guessing formaldehyde). We've tried baking soda, vinegar, etc. , but it's still there.

Visible wood support bar on bottom ruins look.
I was so excited to receive the Everett Media Console. Assembly instructions are very clear. Putting it together took a little time but went smoothly. After placing the cabinet in my living room, I sat down about 8' in front of it, in my armchair. I could see the black wood support bar under the bottom shelf!! It completely ruins the clean and modern look of the media cabinet. This support bar is not visible on any published pictures. I am very unhappy and want my money back!!!

Great mid century style
Love the mid century style of this console. I like that the record player fits perfectly inside & has plenty of record storage below. The shelves on the inside are great for holding extra accessories.

Vintage vibes
I purchased this media cabinet about two months ago. I love that I can store my turntable and records together. I love mid-century style furniture and this cabinet was perfect. The acorn finish is so vintage. Not too much trouble to assemble and it feels very sturdy.

Perfect for record storage & turntable
The Everett console is a great match for our record room decor, and our Crosley turntable looks great on top. Ample storage for our 75 or so vinyl records, with additional storage space for other items. Assembly instructions are easy to follow, and the Gold accents fit our mid century decor very well. Looking forward to showing this new piece off to our guests over the holidays!

Quality and Value
The Everett Media Console is a nice piece of furniture. The assembly instructions are easy to understand and assembly is pretty straightforward. This piece has a wonderful nostalgic feel with a finish that coordinates with my current furniture.

Cute + Lots of Storage Space
I bought this console and the C72 at the same time to create a listening space/reading nook in my living room. It took me a while to get around to building it, but once I did, it was pretty straightforward. It took my husband and me about an hour and a half to put it together. We lifted instead of dragging it into place so I didn’t notice any issues with the legs like the other reviewers did. It’s so cute, and the C72 looks great on top of it since they both have gold accents.

Horribly Engineered - Legs break off.
I built this and set it near where I wanted it. When I scooted it towards the wall (empty) three of the legs sheared off because the screws are not either set deep enough or should have a back plate (more likely) because the material under the veneer is mdf and cannot take any level of lateral load.

The Worst Piece of Trash
First, I had to order a fourth leg (the box came with 3 legs instead of four), then as I was assembling the unit, I noticed that they packed two of the same side panels and had to order another piece. After finally getting all the parts, I assembled the unit just for the legs to break under its weight (empty unit) and the the doors to not fit properly on the hinges. Then, while removing the part description stickers off of the pieces (this particular part was Part L) I noticed that the sticker was used to cover up a hole in the piece. Worst piece of furniture I’ve every bought. Wasted money and time. Do not purchase.

Would give a 0 if possible.
Do not buy. Hardware too small to hold on hinges and the legs! Hinges fell off. Leg broke and pulled pressboard apart. Pressboard! Cheap. Not worth the time.

Huge Gash Ruined Entire Product
The item arrived with a giant gash in the wood. The gash is right in front (not hidden), so there's no way to hide it. Now I have to have it repaired. What a waste of money.

Perfect for Vinyl Lovers
It's really perfect if you want a piece of furniture that holds your phonograph and has a good amount of storage for your lps. That's why I bought it, and it does that job very well. I would have liked to give it four and a half stars. It wasn't too difficult to put together, but once I did, the fit isn't quite perfect. When I go to slide the doors all the way closed, they aren't perfectly square. Also, you wouldn't be able to completely fill the lower right cabinet with records, because you would not be able to remove the ones that are all the way to the left. Still very glad I got it. I looked a lot, and I never found another piece that did what I wanted this piece to do.

Size is inaccurate
The measurements listed are completely wrong: the item is actually 44 inches WIDE by 34 inches in HEIGHT by 18 inches deep (not 44" H x 34.25"W by 18"D). I could not use the piece where intended due to the inaccurate information listed. Also, the hinge included for the lid does not match with the holes in the wood, does not bend correctly, and cannot be used. The piece is otherwise of good quality and has a very nice appearance.

(no review title)
Solid, clean design. Relatively easy to assemble (might need one person to help attach the right top hatch). The dimensions of the product are listed incorrectly on the website. Should be: 44.0 inches (W) x 34.25 inches (WH x 18.0 inches (D)

Looks better in person
The finish is a little darker than what the it looks like in the pictures, but it I really like it. This record stand was pretty easy to put together. All the pieces were clearly labeled and the instructions were clear. There were a few scratches on some of the pieces, but for the most part they were on the inside so I wasn't concerned. The top opening is great and there is definitely plenty of room for the record player to fit into the compartment and the I feel confident that the hinge will keep the flap open securely. The doors weren't the easiest to fit into the tracks, but once I got them on, they roll freely. I had a little trouble with screwing on the decorative support on the bottom of the console, because I over-screwed the screws, but I was able to fix that will a little bit of superglue - but I'm pretty sure that could have been avoided.
