Q: Where are the mats recommended to go inside the frame? I purchased a switch mat thinking they go together and it was way too small.

This was exactly what I was hoping for. It fits my existing front door mats well. It frames them nicely, helping them to dry more quickly when it rains.

This mat tray looks really cheap and it's flimsy. It didn't fit a standard front door mat at all. It was slightly too short on the sides. Even if the mat did fit, the tray is so shallow it probably would have just slid out. Definitely returning.
