I bought the butternut squash ravioli and another Evol ravioli dish as well. Personally I was disappointed in the pasta itself because it was so stiff and chewy that I could not eat it. I would have put it in a pan and try to heat it up more to soften up the pasta but there really was not enough liquid to do that. The sauce seemed tasty but not sufficient. So I tried the second ravioli dish and had the same result with the pasta. I just could not chew the pasta in that one either. The sauce tasted nice and perhaps if there was more sauce the pasta would have cooked better.

I just purchased Butternut Squash Ravioli tonight, unfortunately this has got to be one of the worst frozen dinners! I manage to get two down & I ended up throwing the rest in the trash.

I recently tried your Butternut Squash Ravioli and it was absolutely delicious! The flavor was fantastic and it's clear you use high-quality ingredients. While I loved the taste, I did find the portion size a little small for a full meal. However, I've discovered it works perfectly as a side dish, and I've been enjoying it that way.

Add water & squash cubes, cook less
The Good: Flavor is unique and pretty delicate so I can eat it most workdays without feeling unhappy. The Bad: while I like that the packaging is now carbon neutral, the sauce is now too sparse. These used to be significantly better. The sparse sauce can lead to rubbery ravioli. I was so disappointed when this became nearly universal that I almost deserted the meal entirely. The Fix: Now I crack open the plastic and add about 2 teaspoons of water and then 3 frozen cubes of butternut squash to the bowl. Microwave for 4 minutes only with the plastic back over the bowl. Voila, much more similar to the older version of this, rarely does any get rubbery, and the few extra cubes reinvigorate the taste. It works for me.

Awful. No taste, chewy and not much sauce. The cheese was like rubber. Save your money and find something else.

The packaging specifically states “Do not use if the film is broken,” which raised concerns about the product’s safety. Awful
Terrible! I've been vegan for over 50 years and have been trying processed so I don't have to cook for 1 person. It's difficult! Stouffers made an excellent corn souffle, quit making it. Morningstar farms quit making the corn nuggets I like. Lightlife made great bologna I can't get anywhere anymore. Ugh!

It’s terrible now—Bring back the old product.
I used to buy this meal pretty regularly. I haven’t eaten it in probably the last year or two. And I can’t believe I’m even buying the same product. The quality and taste of this meal has gone so downhill. Whatever was changed in the recipe or production of this meal should be changed back because it taste horrible now. The texture is awful. The ravioli taste really thick and chewy and flavorless unlike it used to. There’s no flavor in the sauce. It is truly a disappointment knowing how good it used to be.
