They immediately relieve my pain within 30 mins of taking the pills. Also, the caffeine in them is great to have because if you unable to get caffeine from coffee or a soda these come in handy especially if you traveling. I carry them in my purse because you never know when a migraine may come on. The storage container is a little big but has enough medication for its value.

It contains caffeine and I don’t usually use products with caffeine but after some research I learned caffeine is beneficial to migraine relief with acetaminophen and aspirin. However I haven’t taken it at night to know if the amount of caffeine = to 1 cup of coffee would keep me awake. No scent it’s a pill that is Odorless. The Instructions state you can only take 2 of these in a 24hr period unless directed by a doctor so that speaks to the strength of it. It comes in a standard headache medicine bottle
