Not as good as I thought!
Bought these to use in my classroom. They still wiped off with students’ hands. I was very disappointed in these!

Not worth it
These make a horrible mess and rub off on your hands, not “permanent till you wipe with water”
1 reply from Expo Markers Team team - 1 month ago
Hello Krizzo! We’re sorry to hear the ink from your EXPO® Wet Erase Fine Markers rubbed off and created a mess. Wet-erase markers are designed to stay put on nonporous surfaces until removed with a damp cloth, so rubbing off by hand shouldn’t normally occur. For best results, make sure the writing surface is completely dry and smooth before use, and allow the ink a moment to set. If you’d like a different option, you may want to try the EXPO® Low Odor Dry Erase Markers or the Paper Mate® Flair Pens, both offering bold, clean writing with less smudging. If you have any more questions, please reach out to us using our Contact Us form or so we can help you further. We’re available Mon.-Fri. 9 am – 5 pm Eastern Time. Thank you! ExpoMarker Consumer Care

Terrible! They smear.
The point is for them to not easily wipe away and they keep smearing all over my hands.

Hello! Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the EXPO Wet Erase Fine Markers 😔. We understand your frustration that the ink smears and transfers to your hands, especially since wet erase markers are intended to stay on the surface until wiped with a damp cloth. I can provide you with some tips and alternatives: 1. Ensure you’re using the markers on smooth, non-porous surfaces like laminated sheets, transparencies, or glass 🧼. Textured or porous surfaces may prevent the ink from adhering properly, causing smearing. 2. Allow the ink to fully dry before touching it—this can help reduce transfer ✋. 3. If you need markers that resist hand contact smudging, you might try EXPO Dry Erase Markers (Ultra-Fine or Fine Tip) 🖋️, which dry faster and minimize smearing. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve product guidance. Please let me know if these tips worked out for you, or if you’d like more suggestions 💌. Please contact us via our official "Contact Us" website. We’re available Mon.-Fri. 9am -5pm Eastern Time. Thank you! EXPO Consumer Care

good color variety
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some markers take a bit more effort to open than others. These markers are good for drawing lines of different thickness, and the color variety is good. They will stain if you attempt to dry erase them.

Waste of money
The ink bubbles badly after it semi dries… and it only semi dries. I wrote with them 3 days ago and it’s still smears and transfers ink to my finger
1 reply from Expo Markers Team team - 1 month ago
Hello Bella! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the EXPO Wet Erase Fine Markers. We’re truly sorry to hear that the ink is bubbling, not fully drying, and smearing even after several days 😔. That’s understandably frustrating, especially since you expect these markers to perform reliably. Here are a few helpful notes: 1. Wet erase markers are designed for non-porous, smooth surfaces (like transparencies, glass, or laminated boards). If the surface is slightly porous or textured, the ink may not cure properly, leading to bubbling or smearing. 2. To avoid transfer, allow the ink to fully set, and clean the surface before each use to remove dust or oils that can prevent proper drying. 3. If you need an alternative with quicker drying and no long-term smears, we recommend trying EXPO Dry Erase Ultra-Fine Markers or even Sharpie Creative Markers for a paint-like finish 🎨. We value your feedback—it helps us improve our products and support better experiences for you and others. Please let me know if these tips worked out for you, or if you’d like more suggestions 💌. Please contact us via our official "Contact Us" website. We’re available Mon.-Fri. 9am -5pm Eastern Time. Thank you! EXPO Consumer Care

Had high hopes for these markers and was super excited to try them. Very disappointed. They still erase if you accidentally swipe your hand over it.

Nice color selection, subpar product
When opened, some markers have ink bubbling at the tip. Squeezed the color indicator part of the marker to make the ink go back. The ink that gets on skin takes days to come off, even after multiple washes. Beautiful color when written with at first but then the color starts to fade within minutes.

Hello! We sincerely apologize for the poor experience you had with the Expo 12ct Wet Erase Fine markers. We understand your concern that some markers had ink bubbling at the tip, caused staining on skin that was difficult to remove, and produced colors that faded quickly after writing. Tips that may help: 1. Shake markers gently before use to reduce bubbling and uneven ink flow. 2. Avoid squeezing the marker body, as this can force ink toward the tip and cause leaks. 3. Store markers horizontally with caps secured tightly to help maintain ink balance. 4. For accidental skin stains, try using a small amount of rubbing alcohol or makeup remover to help lift the ink more quickly. If the issue continues across multiple markers, we encourage you to contact our customer support team for assistance, please reach out to us using our Contact Us form or Live Chat so we can help you further. We’re available Mon.-Fri. 9 am – 5 pm Eastern Time. Thank you! ExpoMarker Consumer Care

Disappointing
I had high hopes for these markers, but they were disappointing. The colors are great, but I had issues with too much color coming out and leaving blobs of ink, and a few even splattered when I tried to write with them. They are not as fine as I was hoping either. Too bad because they could have been a great product!

Hello! We sincerely apologize for the disappointment you experienced with the Expo Wet Erase Fine Tip markers. While it’s good to hear that you liked the color variety, we understand your frustration with the markers releasing too much ink, leaving blobs, splattering during use, and not meeting your expectations for a fine tip. Tips that may help: 1. Shake markers gently before use to help regulate ink flow and reduce splattering. 2. Wipe the tip lightly with a cloth before writing if excess ink has built up. 3. Store markers horizontally with caps tightly secured to maintain consistent performance. 4. Test markers on a small surface before full use to ensure ink flow is steady.

Hello Aantosh! We sincerely apologize for the disappointment you experienced with the Expo 12ct Wet Erase Fine markers. We understand your concern that the markers do not erase properly, which is not the performance you should expect. Tips that may help: 1. Use a microfiber cloth or soft sponge instead of paper towels, as they can lift more ink effectively. 2. Apply a small amount of Expo cleaner or isopropyl alcohol for stubborn marks. 3. Test the markers on a small, discreet surface before full use to ensure compatibility. 4. Clean writing surfaces regularly to prevent buildup that can make erasing more difficult. If the issue continues across multiple markers, we encourage you to contact our customer support team for assistance, please reach out to us using our Contact Us form or Live Chat so we can help you further. Great for keeping track of your ever changing cale
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Expo markers are amazing. They write smooth and do not bleed over like some dry erase markers i have used. If you mess up do not worry they erase with ease leaving no trace of what was there. Excellent value for what you receive. Will be purchasing again in the future.

They do NOT erase!
They did not erase! I used a wet paper towel. Then I used the Expo spray to remove it, but it still left the lingering writing. So my desks are now stained. Extremely disappointed!

Hello! We sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced with the Expo Wet Erase Ultra Fine Tip markers. We understand that even after using a wet paper towel and our Expo spray, the writing did not erase fully and left lingering stains on your desks, which is very disappointing. Tips that may help: 1. Use a microfiber cloth instead of paper towels, as it can lift more ink without spreading residue. 2. Try gently wiping the surface with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol for stubborn marks. 3. Test markers on a discreet area of the surface before extended use to ensure compatibility. 4. Clean surfaces regularly to prevent buildup that can make erasing more difficult over time. If the issue continues across multiple markers, we encourage you to contact our customer support team for assistance, please reach out to us using our Contact Us form or Live Chat so we can help you further. Not Worth It
I got these specifically to have a variety of colors, and they all worked great the first time they were used. From then on it was a risky game, sometimes they were perfectly fine, but other times when the cap came off they exploded ink. They loved to have ink bubbling all around the tip. Ended up throwing them away one by one as they just got worse, maybe it was just a bad batch. But I stored them every possible way, tried putting the caps on differently, anything to help. Nothing worked.

Not good
The markers start off with decent pigment, but once they dry, the colors are dull, uneven, and spotty. This issue occurs across multiple colors, not just one or two. It makes the writing and presentation look unprofessional, and the inconsistency is extremely frustrating.

Terrible markers
These markers suck and I’m mad I spent $7. Theses markers are supposed to stay until wiped away with a wet wipe but no not the case for me I’ve had dye on my hand all day because of these markers some were leaking and would leave giant wet ink dots they even smudge after hours of sitting I was so excited to get these markers because I really needed a marker that wouldn’t erase instantly but wouldn’t be permanent. Needless to say I’m very very disappointed

My new go-to markers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never used wet erase markers before. After using these, they will be my go-to markers next time I buy. This package has all the colors I wanted for my project to look professional. The price was good for the number of markers. Unlike other brands, they wrote with a consistent look for my whole project and didn't need to "rest" to start working again.
