A: This is sold as a sham without the insert. The sham is machine washable, however, with an envelope closure.

Disgusting Polyester Shams
Pure trash! These shams are horrible! I didn’t see they are polyester! Cheap thin material. Omg ugliest shams I have ever seen! So ugly I want to burn them right away! In the photos its the one on the left side.

Euro shams
The shams are well made but the fabric is lightweight and quite sheer and wrinkles badly. The eyelet around the edge is skimpy but the price was exceptional. You get what you pay for. Since there are other pillows on the bed they work out well as accent.

Beautiful sham
The shams are beautiful and will coordinate wonderfully with the Circo Pretty Horses collection for my daughter's bedroom. The quality is rated as just "good" because the material is rather thin and even the creases in my down pillow form show through - though for the price, it can't be beat! It's is a beautiful sham and I think it will great on her bed.
