how to measure

finding your shoe size takes just 3 steps.

  1. Stand with one bare foot on a piece of paper.
  2. Mark the paper at the back of your heel bone & at the end of your longest toe.
  3. Measure the distance between these two points in a straight line, & repeat the same steps for the other foot.

If one foot is longer, use the larger measurement to find your shoe size by referencing the size chart above. If your measurement is in between sizes & the shoes don’t come in half sizes, please round up to the next size.

Remember, this chart can only approximate your true shoe size. Finding a shoe that fits also depends on brand, style and individual. To find the best fit, we recommend visiting a Target store to try on different shoe sizes & styles.

Five-star product!

These petals fit easily, keep position, and allow me to wear shoes that previously caused blisters. They felt a little thick when I initially put them in the shoes, but they appeared to warm up to the form I wanted, and I didn't feel them at all.

Flat comfort!

These foot pads make flats so comfortable! Since they are clear, even if the back pad sticks up past the back of the shoe, it doesn’t show. My only complaint is that the back pad does not stick too well and does move some during use.

Now my pumps are comfy!

These are great at making uncomfortable high heels feel way better for the work day. They do not move or peel off the shoe throughout the day. Definitely recommend and am purchasing more for my other heels.

Aching feet gone!

These are great. I’m using them in my heels. The cushion and help keep my feet from slipping around. Super easy to put in and they can even be taken out and reused in other shoes. They really help with comfort and aching feet. They have both a bottom sole and a heel support. I like that they’re silicone and give with each step.

Does the job!

I wonder he's when attending a friend's. I knew I would be in heels all day long.So I thought this was the best time to try them out. They get a little slick when your feet are hot, but I blame the southern sun for that! They stayed put for the whole event and I will definitely get more of these supports!

Highly recommend

I love these inserts for my dress shoes. These are super comfortable and they work well. True to size and make my dress shoes much more comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I recommend these to anyone looking for comfort.

Very comfy

These shoe pads are so nice! I had a pair of shoes that just rubbed wrong and were just painful to wear. I tried these in them and they’re so much better! My feet no longer kill me after wearing my cute shoes.

Comfortable & Supportive

Made in China, these gel cushions are comfortable, soft, supportive, and well -designed. Throughout the day at work, I am often on my feet, and they help with feet and back fatigue. An added benefit is they are reusable; can be washed, and reused in other shoes. I use them as added support when walking (exercising).

Moderately squishy gel shoe cushion

The Fit Essentials Gel Shoe Cushions by Fab Feet is great for anyone needing some extra cushioning for their shoes. They are adhesive backed so that they will fit to your shoe and won't shift during use. The cushioning is a moderate squishy gel. I would recommend.

Horrible

This is frankly the worst product I’ve ever used. Not only did it not work, but it made my shoes more uncomfortable. It does not stay in place and provides no comfort. Do not buy this. I can’t believe they charge so much for a useless product.

Poor feet

I’m always looking for something that works and stays put throughout the day. While this provides comfort it still presents the challenge of staying put and tends to shift through the day which then leads to discomfort.

Comfortable, but poor quality.

This cushion on these shoe inserts made them somewhat comfortable, but they still felt unnatural. It was difficult to get them to stick to the shoe, both on the heel and the ball of the foot. Once they got in, the gel did help the shoe stick so it did not slide off when I walked. However, it peeled off easily and stuck to my foot/sock making it hard to use again after the initial application.

Provides Support & Comfort

I like how these Fab Feet Gel Shoe Cushions by Fit Essentials, provide me with additional support and comfort for my feet. Each package contains sufficiently thick cushions for the balls of your feet and the back of your heel. The clear and lightweight, flexible cushions have a soft jelly like texture, and are very easy to place, fit and rearrange in a shoe. They are reusable and don't leave a sticky residue. I recommend them for anyone who is on their feet a lot.

Not bad with a little additional support

Tried these for a long day in heels and they seemed to make a difference especially on the ball of my foot. I don't wear heels as much anymore so I need as much comfort as possible to last long in heels. I think I need to try a few other hacks like taping my toes and wearing the cushions for the support and comfort I need.

great support for footwear

Soft jelly like textured, reusable and easy to use and reuse. They stick well and unstick without leaving a sticky residue in your shoe. You can move and reposition easily for maximum support and comfort. Really minimizes foot pain when wearing heels and slippage/movement/ and friction while walking.

Reusable!

The thickness of these cushions is perfect - not too thick and not too thin. The cushions have a fairly sticky adhesive yet are reusable - super helpful when needing them for multiple pairs of shoes. The cushions are smooth. They are super flexible and easy to position wherever you need to in the shoe.

Small and convenient to carry around

These arent bad. The thickness is pretty good. It has a soft cushion feel but not too soft that you can feel anything through it. The back heal one slips so you have to adjust it a few times. Depending on the shoe, it may make it feel tighter.

Like it

These fit great in my shoes and not uncomfortable whatsoever. Lightweight and very easy to put in the shoes. Love the texture, it’s soft but jelly like feeling. I like how flexible they are and thin so easy to put in my shoe

Great

Great set! You get a pair of each to go in one pair of shoes. I put them in my favorite pair of heels and it made them so much more comfortable. Great quality and should last a long time and definitely protects the sensitive parts of the foot.

Must Try

I am on my feet a lot and this product has really reduced my foot pain. They are easy to place in a shoe and stays in place. I have been using for just over a week and my normal foot pain has gotten so much better. Great quality and affordable.
