This is way too narrow for a adults feet. It’s the size of a cotton round and there’s no way it would be comfortable unless you cut half and added it to DIY so it’s useable. I wear 8.5/9 for reference.

This is definitely a 1-2 night product. It did the job and stuck to my heels but it really didn’t last long in terms of comfort. I wore these to the Lizzo concert with heels and it’s safe to say the cushion didn’t help after the first hour. However it did save the bottoms of my feet from blistering and helped me grip the heel since they were backless. If you’re looking for comfort-it won’t work well. However as a last minute fix it’ll do the job.

Bought these to use for my pageant heels (Chinese Laundry). If you ever wore them, you know how tiring/painful it gets. These are SUPER cushioned (made my heels fitted in the toe area). I do recommend wearing these in another pair of heels first before transferring to help reduce the pain (do this only if your heels are tight in the toe area). It remained sticky even after peeling and sticking it onto the heel multiple times.
