Healthy Yogurt
Love that this is a much healthier yogurt option. I eat this almost every morning with granola. Also for a sweet treat try it with Kodak cookie butter granola a few semi sweet chocolate chips and sliced banana definitely. I also mix it with a fiesta ranch packet and eat with carrots and my kids love it.

great taste and texture has low sugar
I've been eating Fage Greek yogurt for years. I'm not happy with the recent price increases, but I still buy it because it is healthy and tastes great. Sugar amount is low for yogurt. I add stevia drops to sweeten it a bit. I typically then add nutmeg and cinnamon. Sometimes I splurge and add flavoring such as coconut.

Top healthy greek yogurt
This yogurt is top! I always by this. You can buy in the single serving cups and they come with jam. But, pro tip, just buy this one (0% for increased health) and add a little dollop of jam yourself. It tastes just the same as the overpriced single serving cups. I saw some remark concerns over expired yogurt. I think that may have just been their store. I regularly (at least once a week) order this for Target pickup and I have never to my recollection had a problem, other than once in a while it is out of stock. Kudos to my Target!

I eat this everyday with wild blueberries mixed in-Great source of protein and this actually helped lower my bad/raise good cholesterol. Greek yogurt is very good for you, especially with no added sugars-Highly recommend!-BUT PLEASE if you buy at Target, CHECK the expiration!!!-I found some that were over a month expired and a few other items as well were expired-I DONT recommend getting this through drive up or instacart due to this!
