Purchased as it looked beautiful online and the reviews were somewhat good on average. I was sorely mistaken. The whole experience was just awful. I unpacked it and found out it was badly damaged. The packaging was weak and beaten up. Had to lug this thing back to the store. In addition, very cheap and chinsey looking. Reminded me of something you see at a chain home store that sells candles, pillows, pictures, and cheaply made furniture. Come on Ashley Furniture, you can do better than this. Also, sneaky jacking up the price and selling on Target for more than your website. Complete waste of time. Save yourself a major hassle.

For those saying it is gray it is not gray, it has a wash over the brown but its still more on a brownish tone than a gray tone. Definitely on the warmer side. I saw it in the store and it was browner and more warm toned than some of the photos show. Also a little shinier than expected. But still nice looking.

This piece is more attractive than we thought as we bought sight unseen online. It is sturdy and looks like it cost so much more. Delivery men were perfectionists. We love it. Just so beautiful and made very well. Heavy. Hold lots for storage. Color is a deep brown.
