Fairlife Lactose-Free Milk

Tastes really good! I bought this for a party, as I don’t usually have dairy cow milk in my house. No one seemed to mind it being lactose free, and it tasted good! Whole thing was gone in one evening.

I drink a LOT of coffee, lattes to be specific. If you’re a latte lover like me, I don’t skimp on my milk, and I like to use human amounts of sweetener (caramel, syrups, etc). When you add the calories/macros they’re just not worth it when you’re on a diet. Switching to this milk made a huge difference! Less carbs, less sugar, less calories, AND MORE PROTEIN!?!? All that was left now was taste— and oh my god. It. Is. Actually. Good!?!? They have different versions, like whole, skim, and 2%, which all have better macros than their counterparts. Before I made the switch, I drank 2% regular milk, but I honestly didn’t mind the taste of the fat free milk, but that’s is my preference. My family enjoys their 2% milk, which also better macros than regular milk. Coffee game changer!

GREAT! You get protein and nutrients all in one. For those who can’t drink regular milk, this is an amazing alternative! I am always keeping stocked up on this product and will continue to do so.
