When the vanity came in the mirror was broken. I think this was because of the shipping company because the box was very beat up. However, I was able to get ahold of the company and they sent out a whole new vanity replacement. They got back to me quickly and I received the new vanity within a couple days. We haven’t put the vanity together yet but I did look through the directions and they’re pretty clear. Very satisfied that the company handled this problem quickly even when I don’t feel like the broken mirror was their fault.
