I was looking forward to receiving this item for my kitchen to store my baking things. Item was delivered to me damaged and in order to return it I would have to pack it up (the box has already been opened), print a label and return it to FedEx despite the website saying that a Target associate would help me schedule a pick up to return the defective item. VERY very inconvenient. I asked the associate for the number of the 3rd party so that I may contact them directly to try to resolve the issue however the rep stated that they could not disclose that info. So either I try to fix a damaged item I paid full price for or I pack it up and haul it to the nearest FedEx. I didn’t realize some target items shipped from a third party I will be sure to check next time IF I order online again.
