Even on the lowest setting we could smell the scent downstairs. I additionally found that it leaked when I tried to unplug and adjust it, making the scent get stuck in the plug itself.

Got this scent and at first ur smelled good but then the scent changed had to change out completely because all it smelled like was smoked cigarettes. please fix.

I truly wish I could say this product is perfect, but it is not. The smell is consistent from day one to the last day, but that's the problem. It's how long the product lasts. I have the double plug and used them in two different room. Neither of these lasted even 30 days. The product description states 1200 hours. I believe that is 50 days. This was more like three weeks. That is disappointing. I would buy these again, but now I know they just don't last. thank you.

We can certainly understand your disappointment, as we know how important every last whiff is. It's important to know that through extensive research and testing, we learned that our Febreze PLUG lasts 1200 hours, not only on the low setting, but also on the high setting, so this isn't the scent experience we'd expect. For a longer aroma, we suggest adjusting your device to a lower scent level by sliding the adjuster on the back of the device. For smaller spaces, our low setting should be used, and for larger rooms, we recommend setting it to high. It leaves my house smelling fresh and clean plus it lasts for a while. I normally use a high end brand but will easily switch over now that I’ve tried the downy.

It works great around the clock so you don't have to worry about it and it's easy to buy and replace. I like this a lot more than wax melts and I feel they last a lot longer than the competitors.

I have used numerous sprays and candles in that room and all they ever did was cover up the smell basically while I was in the room working. All that changed when I started using the Febreze Plug Downey April Scent Oil Refill Bottle that is so easy to insert into a Febreze Warmer Unit, all I did was simply remove the refill bottle caps discarding them and click the refill bottle into place and plugging the unit into one of that room's electrical wall receptacles. Within a very short period of time the room filled with such a pleasant scent that reminds me of being in the laundry room while the fabric rinse cycle is running using Downey. It has been a couple of weeks now since I plugged it in and there is still a lot of scent oil remaining in the bottle, filling the room with that wonderful smell.
