The air freshener smells as described, I just wish they had lasted longer. For context, I use them in the bathroom sitting on top of the toilet. I purchased them about 6 weeks ago and I have half of one left. So, each one lasts around a month. Not 45 days as advertised.

I thought I was ordering apple cider from the picture. I didn't read the details that it was baked cinnamon apples. They're both different things. Besides that, I do enjoy the smell.

To activate, locate the center piece horizontal on the back, and flip-up to be flush with the back. This will allow the piece to puncture the membrane. Once the device has been activated, the liquid level will drop approximately halfway. This is because the fragrance moves down to saturate the membrane in order to release scent. Each Febreze Small Spaces is designed to last up to the number of days noted on the package in average conditions. If the unit is placed in a highly ventilated area, like next to an open window or fan, it will use up more perfume faster. I wanted to love this, apple cider is one of my favorite scents for fall but this one isn't it. A couple of other people said it smells like cough syrup and that is spot on. Honestly it actually makes me nauseous. I don't know if I can return it but I really want to.

It’s a great smell I love placing the In my restroom but for some reason these new ones with a different latch on the back to set air freshener on is easy to use but the liquid does not last long . Lasted maybe 3 days . What a bummer
