This book is great if you just want pictures of different lunch combinations, but this is not a recipe book.

Got this book to start our journey of increasing variety to get out of a rut and provide more exposure to foods at lunch time. So excited to flip through with my kids for years to come!

Bought for XMAS for my grandson’s mom, she loved it as much as I did when choosing. Is beautifully illustrated with step by step instructions! Great for Moms with picky eaters and good eaters as well at home!

This book has makes putting together my toddlers lunches so easy. One less thing to think about and now I know he’s getting a balanced, nutritious lunch!

So many great ideas! It was a lot of fun to look through with my kiddo and get her excited about her lunch.

I LOVE this book. For the first time my daughter’s lunch box comes home empty and my super picky son is picking out his own meals and is excited to eat. This has been such a huge stress relief for me. I can’t thank Megan and Judy enough

Great book for kids and adults. Kids love that they can choose their lunches and I don’t need to think about what to pack. It’s all there. Bonus, they want to make themselves!

I can not begin to describe how amazing this book is from start to finish (along with their other cookbook as well!). There are so many amazing nuggets of information that help you construct a well rounded and enjoyable lunch for your kids. It's hard to say what the best part of this book is but I will give you my top 2: 1) It frees you from allllll the guilt you may feel when you just can't put that perfect cutesie instagramable lunch together or you need to just slap some PB on a frozen waffle because it was that kind of day. There is no judgement around foods or health and a firm understanding that we are all doing our best with the means we have. 2) THE PICTURES!!! Just incredible. It's amazing to go through this book with my kids and watch them get excited to try something new because they see it neatly placed in a lunch box that looks like theirs alongside of some of their favorite "safe" foods. Well done all around Megan and Judy. You have given the parenting community SO much and this is just yet another way you are helping us and I can't thank you enough <3

I don’t need more recipes or “jobs” to do in the kitchen, but what I did need was inspiration with a side of collaboration (with my kids). I wasn’t sure if this would give the bump I needed on first viewing, but I got my kids involved with sticky notes and on second viewing, got super inspired. The options and ideas are open-ended, swappable, balanced, while not being fussy or out of reach.

We LOVE this book. Both my girls are obsessed with it and we’ve already gotten great ideas from it. It’s been absolutely amazing for my youngest. She is on the spectrum and trying new foods has always been a challenge. But she’s already tried three new lunches since we’ve gotten the book! Having pictures for her to see and visualize what lunch she’s picking out has been an absolute game changer. She actually looks forward to picking out a new lunch and trying it. She’s also able to look at the pictures and tell me if there’s an aspect of the lunch she doesn’t want. It’s even given me some ideas for myself. Definitely recommend for all ages!

Beautiful pictures to engage your child

I’m loving this book! It has great information in the beginning and their formula for making a lunch is easy. The pictures are colorful and fun, my daughter enjoyed flipping through this book. It is not a cookbook but rather ideas and inspiration. The meals are well balanced. Not everything is made from scratch nor do they guilt you into thinking it should be… hallelujah!

My children have spent a long time looking at every page and have marked up most of the book as lunches they want to have. The pictures are clear and enticing and it is so helpful to have lots of new ideas.

We are a homeschool family and lunch and snacks are always a struggle. This book is great inspiration for mixing things up! My six year old loved reading through it, I was surprised at all of the different things he asked to try.

This book is beautifully put together and so well done! I’ve enjoyed looking at each of the pictures/descriptions for inspiration for my toddler and can’t wait to implement some of these ideas for lunches. Will recommend this book to all my mom friends!

This is full of healthy, practical ideas for packing lunches! I have sent essentially the same lunch for my toddler for the last 2 years but I feel so confident that I can change it up this year! I have the Feeding Littles cookbook as well and these pair well together because a lot of those kid friendly meals can be sent as leftovers in a lunchbox paired with the other ideas.

Now I don't have to struggle with making lunches! The formula is easy to follow and implement!
