I've been gluten free for 11 years and not by choice. These are, by far, the best gluten-free food I've tried because they don't adversely affect me at all. Sometimes, gf food causes bloating, facial swelling and other nonsense (because they're either cross-contaminated or made with unhealthy ingredients), but these have caused zero problems. Wish they were less expensive, but when they're on sale, they're comparable to what you'd pay for non-gf mozzarella sticks.

Great option for cheese sticks if you have Celiac or wheat allergy and can’t just *buy another brand* like many of these negative comments suggest lol. These tasted great don't get me wrong. The only thing I wish is that anytime you'd take a bite the cheese would just pull off the breading which then you have uneven cheese to breading ratio; hence mozzarella stick vipes lol I don't know if I'd personally buy again but the taste was good!
