[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought one 10 years ago and needed to replace it due to travel abuse. So much easier for me to use than a curling iron and so much faster to heat up.

This is my ‘go to’ styling tool! I can curl, straighten, fix an unexpected overnight twist, de-frizz and more. I can use daily (and sometimes more than once) without damaging my hair. It heats quickly and cools just as quickly for easy storage when traveling. TRULY THE BEST!

I have heavy, thick hair so when I straighten, my roots can be super weighed down. This is a great tool to get some volume at my roots! It's also a great for a quick smoothing down with a simple brush through if I just want to refresh first thing in the morning or before running out the door.

It was a little larger than this one. I like this one better because it's more streamlined and easier to use.

My hair type is challenging to style and I have not found another tool or product out there like FHI's Platform Stylus Pro Heated Brush.This is my third FHI heated brush over several years; the brush is efficient, effective, and easy to use. It is also very well made and lasts a long time. I love it and hope FHI continues to offer this product for years to come! I do miss the travel case which FHI previously included with the heated brush. Fortunately, I still have one but I do hope FHi brings this back.

I honestly thought this was going to be like a paddle brush that would calm my frizzy hair, but still leave it wavy, however, that is not what it is. This is a brush to create lift from the roots. It's probably better suited for short hair, maybe even medium. I have very long thick frizzy hair (and lots of it) so it did not do what I wanted. However, I am going to try to use it after straightening my hair to lift the roots and see how that goes. My mom has short hair, so ultimately, I will use it for her because I love all of my FHI products. I have been using their hairdryers and flat irons for decades, my hair stylist a long time ago used FHI when it was only available to professionals, and as soon as they were available to the public, I got one and have never looked back. I also did a lot of research into EMF and found this company to be the only one to address my concerns, although I am not using the tools that often, it is definitely more important for hairstylists who are using these tools constantly, but still, I would rather not subject myself to extra EMF if I don't have to. And ultimately, this is the very best brand of hot tools and hair dryers ever made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great quick tool to use to calm my very long, thick and frizzy hair down. You can also use it it to create volume at the roots but my hair is very long so I don't usually do that. I have the FHI 1" flat iron, a hair dryer, and a 1" curling iron. I don't buy any other brand of hot tools. How long to have a go to searched and found that this is the only company that has low EMF. And their tools have never damaged or burned my hair, although I suppose they could if I used them improperly.

It smooths the frizz, gives wave, curl, volume, depending how it is used. This is a replacement for the one I had for years before I dropped ilans broke it

I like the heated brush but I was disappointed to find that you no longer include the carrying/storage pouch for the brush. That is a nice option for traveling.

It doesn’t get very hot at all. It’s really just okay and I’ve tried really hard to learn how to use it and finish my blowout with it. For the price it’s not very good at all. I would never recommend this styling brush. It barely smoothes and or shapes the ends of my hair after a blowout. It doesn’t get hot enough. I have an iron by another high end manufacturer and that tool does way more at 330 degrees than this one does at 400+ degrees. I expected a lot more from an FHI tool based on how awesome the flat irons are. I have fine, highlighted, very curly hair. Don’t waste your money.

This is my second Platform Stylus Pro Heated Brush. I had my first one for several years. Great tool for smoothing my frizzy hair after blow drying.

My hair is too soft to hold onto the bristles. It is of no use to me. Catherine Jones

Love love love this styling tool!! Easy to use and is great for my bangs and for the hair on back of my head. Great customer service - shipped quickly.

I am currently suffering from mechanical hair loss due to external injury and now have to wear wigs to protect my hairline and hair growth. The styling product is extremely gentle for heat styling my wigs straight. I also plan use it on my natural hair texture for self trimming because I want to use less heat and gentle tension on the roots. It is also convenient for travel. Thank you so much!

Love this tool! This heated brush works beautifully on my fine hair. This is the third brush I have bought over the years, as over time the plastic bristles break. It is worth having to buy another.

I have one of these at my Texas home and forgot to bring it with to my Florida winter home this year. So I just ordered another one to leave here. I love this too for curling my hair quickly when not using my heat rollers.
