A: It's like a very mild swiss or provolone. It is actually my fav fake cheese because it's not overly nutritional-yeast flavored. I hate nutritional yeast!

This is my absolute hands down favorite vegan cheese! I’ve been df since 2017 and I’ve tried so many vegan cheeses. I always return to this one bc it tastes the best. No gross powdery aftertaste and I love that it’s made from tofu!!

Having a dairy sensitivity, I've tried a lot of vegan cheese, This one is so creamy and flavorful I've put it on sandwiches for people who eat dairy and they never noticed it wasn't real cheese. Really good alternative. I just wish the packaging was different, not really a way to reseal, so have to transfer it to a bag for storage.

I am not fully plantbased but this is a great plant based cheese. My husband and I did a little experiment with this cheese and our favorite gruyere. It does melt but takes significantly longer to melt than a dairy cheese so keep that in mind. Very creamy and gave off a muenster flavor. If you don't like muenster, you will not like this. Served with homemade sourdough and tomato soup! Tasty!

If you're avoiding dairy / animal products this will provide a nice little treat to replace the taste / purpose of cheese. I haven't even tried to melt it, I just place it on as is or munch a little bit as a snack. Good taste and texture. Would buy again.

I am trying to steer away from dairy and this is a good starting point, imo. The cheese is good for the most part. I could not get it to melt or if it did melt, it melted in certain spots but not evenly.

I put this on garlic bread and put it in a toaster oven and it was really good. The cheese alone is good too - I wouldn't know this wasn't really cheese if I wasn't aware it was vegan. The only issue is the price - it's about three times the cost of normal cheese. I took off one star for that reason alone - it's just too expensive for me to keep buying.

Really tasty. Good on crackers, on salad, melted in a sandwich … One thing I like about it is it isn’t really mimicking a specific dairy cheese. It is just it’s own flavor.
