Easy Pork Adobo
Great adobo flavor in a packet? Yes! The flavor is exactly how I remember a sweet adobo style. If you want more of a vinegar- forward style add a tablespoonful of vinegar. To the pot, I browned 2 lbs of pork. Poured in the packet then added 3 cubes of frozen garlic, 1/2 tablespoon of whole black pepper and a sliced sweet onion. Tastes authentic. Served over purple rice.

Fantastic
I tried this with pork ribs. I marinated the meat first for a couple of hours. Then simmer the meat slowly with the adobo marinade until tender. I can honestly say I am impressed this product. It is better than any pork adobo I've had in my 75 yrs of life. Congrats to the entrepreneur who thought of this and pursued his dream. This is a "HIT". I intend to stock up on this product.

Great for stir fry!
This sauce has a great vinegar tang to it that differentiates it from other soy/tamari based sauces. Heavy on the garlic as well, which I appreciate as a garlic lover. I made a quick stir fry with tofu, baby bella mushrooms, and scallions. Great introduction to a Filipino classic — as I’m normally more used to East Asian flavors in mainstream supermarkets. Hope to get more into using it and maybe make some garlic rice on the side next time. One thing I now see the instructions note is that you can cook it longer to thicken the sauce, which I think I’d appreciate for next time as out of the container it is runnier, and I’d like to try it as a marinade/glaze.

Flavorful adobo at home
I used two packs for 6 chicken thighs and the ratio was great. I can taste all of the different flavors of garlic, onion, vinegar, and soy in the marinade and I think it's way easier than making adobo myself. I just served with garlic rice.

Delicious
True to packaging, it's mild and allows you to experience a high-quality adobo sauce. I've used this to make pan-fried tofu, and I really enjoyed it.

Delicious
This was so good! I made chicken adobo in the crockpot with boneless chicken thighs. Served over rice with broccoli and sugar snap peas on the side.

Salty not flavorful
Bought based on shark tank. Mostly soy. Extremely salty. Did not have the complexity that adobo normally has.

Excellent marinade
This made cooking adobo very quick. The longest part for me was marinating the chicken. I typically make my own marinade, but saw this on TV and wanted to try it out. It is different from my recipe as I have a more lemony flavor, but make no mistake this is a great base for adobo. I only added a Bay leaf and it tasted great.

Fried rice sauce
Used this sauce to make simple fried rice with frozen peas and carrots and some scrambled egg which was delicious. No sugar added which is great too.

Great with chicken!
My coworker is Filipino and made chicken adobo for the office one time and it was really good. I saw this and decided to try at home. Cooked with some chicken thighs and ate with rice. So delicious! I'm going to try with pork belly next time.
