Leaks
No matter what I tried to do to get the washer straight and make sure everything is flush, the unit leaks. It actually has to be a common complaint because there are specific directions about how to make sure it's leak proof that are longer than the actual directions. There's something wrong with the build of the unit. I'll be returning and getting something else.

Loved this initially, but like another reviewer posted, I tried to adjust the angle and water started coming out of the crack. When I removed it to fix it, the ball that allows you to adjust the angle lost its tracking and would slowly fall by pull of gravity. Will return it.

I loved this shower head when I installed it, and still do, but I can’t replace the filter cartridge. Literally won’t unscrew to remove old cartridge. Will be returning it. Maybe a new one will work properly.

This is extremely easy to set up and made my skin and hair much softer, however it broke within 6 months by simply trying to adjust the shower head up (as for some reason, it wouldn’t stay in the original positioning). The part with the nozzles shifted out of place when I went to adjust the position of the head and the water started coming out of the crack in that part instead of the nozzles. I could not fix it and threw it away.

I grew up using soft water my entire life, and just moved to a place where there was only hard water. My hair became extremely knotted and coarse. I have only used this twice, and I am already seeing a huge difference! My hair is so soft now, and smooth. Back to normal! I would recommend this to anyone, it’s a great product! So amazing, would recommend to anyone who has hard water and thick hair. Every time I'd dry my hair it'd be strawlike and poofy. I'd wash my hair somewhere with a water softener and I'd have silky smooth hair. This showerhead does exactly that, so silky and smooth. The different settings are amazing too! Some reviews say they don't like you can't get the refill filters at Target but I found them online at Walmart. Totally worth the price, would buy again and again!

We moved to a much more humid climate from New Mexico, which is really dry and in the more humid climate I had to switch to dandruff shampoo because my scalp was so dry and itchy. I decided it was the poor quality water we have and so I bought this shower head to see if it’s made a difference. I immediately was able to stop using the dandruff shampoo and my hair is back to normal. I would definitely recommend if you have poor quality water too.
