With the OXO Stronghold Suction Large Basket, you can conveniently and securely store all your shower essentials. StrongHold suction cups securely attach to glass or any other non-porous surface, and slide to avoid grout lines. No tools are required for installation—simply push the levers to install and flip them up to adjust or remove the basket. Drainage holes prevent water build-up. The large capacity makes it ideal for big families and roommates, and convenient bottle holes in the base allow you to store shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles upside down, so not a drop goes to waste. For best results, use on smooth glazed surfaces, mirrors or glass. Not recommended for use with textured or porous surfaces including some stone, acrylic or metal.

A: Hello! Our Stronghold Suction Large Basket has two suctions that hold it against the wall. You'll want to lift the lever on both suctions, then place the basket against the wall. Once the basket is in place, you will press the lever down on both suctions to secure it to the wall and create the suction. I only put a few things in this holder and it keeps falling off the wall. It will hold for a few days and then crash in the middle of the night and scare everyone in the house. Also busts up my soap bottles when it falls. Too late to return it and I don’t wish this on anyone else, so to the dumpster it goes.

Bought two bins for my college student. Shower walls corian smooth as can be, suction cups slide down wall when bottles put in bin. Cleaned wall and suction cups more vigorusly. Still slid down wall. Relocated to rest on top of ADA wall handle bar. Didn't slide, they just fell off to wall. Paid more expecting OXO to be best but NOT.

this product states that it has a strong hold, yet it cannot hold 4 shower products on it for more than 24hrs without it falling off the wall. I was planning on buying more of these when we moved into our new home as we would need more storage for our new shower but nevermind

Bought bc of OXO name brand
I haven't had luck with suction cup holders in the past, but given how heavy duty these were and the addition of the locking tab, AND that they were made by OXO, I thought they'd be a sure thing. I've tried everything, including locations where the hanging basket is supported by a bar or partial shelf in the shower - it falls off eventually regardless. Which seems crazy bc the initial suction against the shower wall feels like it's very tight based on the locking mechanism. I bought two and so far they're unusable. Disappointed by a brand I've gravitated to for years knowing I can trust their products.

Love Oxo but this ain't it
I am desperate to find a single organization system for showers where the basked doesn't just randomly collapse and spill everything everywhere. I thought this was it. The OXO basket *feels* sturdy. It lasted longer than any other shower shelf I've tried. But all good things come to an end and this was no exception. Most recently this shelf fell at 1am and woke me up. I might be doing something wrong but I feel like I'm following the instructions. It's just not worth it unfortunately.
