Eco filter does not cover NSF 53
I wish the eco product would specify the NSF standard it covers more clearly. It’s not cleared stated in the description to allow for a deception. I spent five years using this eco filter to find out it does not filter by NSF standard 53. I’m very concerned for my health based on the level of contaminants where I live. Shows a lack of accountability in nondisclosure of certification and shows a lack of integrity in this business.

Chlorine, sure... Nothing else
I'm fairly happy with the chlorine smell being taken out of the water. And I know this filter is not intended to reduce total dissolved solids by much. However... this filter actually ADDS particulates to the water. That concerns me a little. My tap water measures 160ppm unfiltered. When I use the EcoFilter, the water measures up to 195ppm but no lower than 178. So what could it be adding? And is it potentially harmful?

Realy like my new water filter pitcher
I really like my new pitcher. It fills quickly and pours without dripping. The replacement filters arrived quickly. I had a bit of trouble replacing the filter as I forgot that only the top of the filter holder came off and then you removed the filter. In my previous pitcher the whole cartridge came out. It would have been helpful if this part had been a different color,

Great tasting water
I have a 5 stage and a 7 stage reverse osmosis system at home. I test the TDS regularly and maintain them. However, I use this pitcher for when I travel. It produces excellent tasting water and quickly. Don’t get caught up on the numbers. This pitcher produces better tasting coffee than my RO system because it leaves behind some minerals and removes the ones that give tap a bad taste.

Do your homework!
Do your homework! This product does NOT filter out water contaminates! It doesn’t function like the original Zero Water system. I had to give it away. Very disappointed.

Go the large white filter way
I purchased this with great hopes for the new technology. Sad to say I should have saved my money. I have used Zero water for more the 15 years filtering with the large (hard to find) two filter reservoir emptying into a crock. I could not be more pleased. This "new" filter system is terrible. I bought and used this and after 3 fill-ups my meter is +140ppm. Sorry I'm replacing this with a white filter pitcher. You want to give me a trade in?

False and misleading advertising
Ad copy text says"All zerowater filter pitchers and dispensers remove 99% of TDS......". Obviously this is false and misleading information.I already know that zero does not want to delete the info.I did have a positive opinion of zero untill the advent of eco.
