Functionally, it has a string stream. We have very hard water and it's noticeable that our skin is softer and not so dried out after showering, so it's definitely removing impurities.

Clean filtered water for showers

Saves body and hair from drying out
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally decided to get a filtered shower head after hearing about all the benefits for so long. I researched all the different brands and finally decided on this one. I have been pleasantly surprised by the results I have seen in such a short period of time. I shower twice a day and have noticed with this filtered shower head that my skin is not as dry as it used to be. Also my hair does not get dried out like before. I wash my hair once a day and it was getting so brittle. Now I see and feel healthy hair and it’s not all dry and damaged. This shower head was super easy to install and I am so glad I finally got one. I would suggest you get one too so you can control the type of water that goes on your body and hair, it definitely makes a big difference.
