I got the mani manicure And pedicure flawless as a gift very happy with it just want to know were you can purchase more heads if you need them

It stopped working after 2nd use. When you do use it it doesn't have enough power to finish the nail. It was cool when it did work

Stopped charging/working after literally a month. So disappointing bc I loved this thing

I’ve had this for about 10 months and today it just stopped working. I probably do my nails (hands and feet) once a month. I really liked it because it’s a faster and easier way to get the job done without going to the salon, even though it wasn’t as powerful and as the battery began to drain the speed would get lower. But then today while I was getting my cuticles ready to apply gel and stuff it just stopped working while the light was still on. I thought maybe the battery had died, which was sort of weird since the light was still on, so I plugged it in to charge. About 30 mins later I checked and still, only the light turns on but the drill doesn’t work anymore. I can’t find a way to open it to check what’s going on, so I guess I’ll have to get rid of it and get a new one.

Bought this on may 25th 2025. And after three nail set applications it stopped working on June 12th 2025

Worked great. Smoothed out my callouses. My feet have always been really rough.

From the moment I started using it, it became clear this drill is not reliable. It constantly stops mid-use for no reason at all, even when I’m barely applying any pressure. It’s extremely frustrating to try to get anything done when the tool keeps cutting out and refusing to operate properly. It’s impossible to use this for more than a few seconds at a time before it dies on me. I’ve only used it three times in total, and it’s already completely unusable.

When this actually functions properly, it's good for beginners and light work. However, even with proper charging as directed by the instructions it doesn't power on properly, broke after just 2 uses, don't waste your money on this one.

i would not reccomend this to anybody shuts off after full charge

I have been through at least five of these and they’ve never worked more than a week. The last one I got I open the box charged it. It didn’t work so I don’t know where you’re getting any good reviews from because I believe after buying five of them and none of them working for more than a week at the most I don’t know how you could get one good review

I got this because I get my nails done every two weeks. The salon charges $10 to cut down and remove the polish from my nails. This will save me money in the long run but I don't love it. It constantly stops because the motor is weak. The heads that come with it aren't very good. The only two that work right are the metal ones. Overall, I'd say this is fine if you're looking for something you can pick up from the store. But there's definitely better ones on Amazon for about the same price.

This product is simply, OK! however, the manufacturer foolishly did not add the nail size. This is definitely a disposable product.

I charged it the second time and it will not work.

I bough6 this e-file about 4 months ago. At first it worked great but now it doesn't hold it's charge. I charge it and I used it for about 10-15 minutes and it just stops.
