[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great, there's a test button on it, which is super helpful to make sure it's working , especially being a hardwired smoke detector, I find it a must. The instructions were super simple to understand and also follow. It came with everything I needed , I didn't have to purchase anything else to get this hooked up. I had all the tools on hand. The sound is very loud, and I am able to hear it through the entire house, so that makes me feel a lot safer knowing I will hear it! We had a house fire before, and this would have been super beneficial to have. It's very durable amd nice looking, and now I need more!

The product is a simple white circle which blends into the surroundings and doesn’t stand out. I will only give four stars because I haven’t had any fires so I can’t completely test it, lol. Assuming it works I’m very satisfied.

You never have to worry about it losing power since it is hardwired and has a battery for backup. Safety is key, I know I was happy when I got this.

I like that the batteries are guaranteed for 10 years, meaning no annoying beeps or having to remember to change them. The alarm itself is loud! This does not have a Carbon monoxide detector.

The package comes with a selection of wires with different adapters which is useful for installation. It also has a battery backup. The battery comes included with the alarm. The sound of the alarm is high-pitched and piercing when testing out the First Alert alarm by pressing the button.
