No Charms Included
It seems others have had the same issue, but the charms DO NOT come with the lunchbox. Literally an empty bag labeled “6 charms included” with an opened package. It feels as if it’s an issue with packaging. Not sure who would place an empty bag in a box and think it was an appropriate customer service move. Unfortunately, I will have to return and hope someone can remedy this.

Fun Customizable with easy clean up!
This lunch box is a hit with my 3rd grader! She loves being able to put her charms on it and customize. Mom loves it because so far it is easy to wipe off and it fits lots of things inside and has a cup holder! It eases my mind knowing she isn’t juggling multiple things with that cup holder.

So great! My son loves that he can customize this and I love that it actually fits our OmieBox!!! I still have room for his slim reusable juice box bottle as well. Love the concept of this lunch bag! Made of durable material with thick insulation that keeps food cold all day while also being fun for the kids. My daughter loves the cute charms that come with it. Love, love, love everything about this bag! Not only is it totally mom friendly- big enough to fit a Bentgo and more!, easy to clean, quality, padded handle and includes water bottle pocket but my son loves it too! He has it chock full of all of the charms it came with plus some from his own collection! What a fun idea- wish I had thought of it!
