Flex Paste 1 Lb. Rubber Sealant, Black

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a crack in an old wooden cabinet that over time kept getting larger. I used this flex tape to keeping it from getting larger and so far has worked great. I applied it to the inside of the cabinet and it was easy to do. Smoothed on easily and then set in quickly. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for something to really get into cracks/crevices that will also hold up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Flex Paste super Thick Rubber Paste is easy to apply and it does not have a strong scent. It takes a bit to dry and if you get it on your fingers it does clean up easily with an alcohol wipe. . I managed to fix my leaking mini humidifier that is my 5th one that has cracked and it’s a fixable leak around one side.

It creates a strong, waterproof seal and works great for filling gaps and stopping leaks. A little goes a long way, so the container lasts. I was impressed with how durable and flexible it stays after curing. Definitely a product I'd buy again for home repairs and DIY projects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this paste near my bathtub and it seems to offer a pretty good sealing! It is easy to clean off and does not leave a mess. The packaging is convenient & you can put the lid back on for storage, which is great! As for the odor, I don’t find it that bad but, with every other product, you’ll still have some lingering smell until it sets in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i received this product to give my honest review.. Thank goodness i did because i brought this stuff with us camping in an RV. Wouldn’t you know, pipe issues!! I was smart to bring my flex paste because i dried off the crack, applied my trusty flex paste, waited for it to dry and wammo leak free. This is my go to brand for all things pipe related so i was excited to jump on the opportunity to try this product. looking around the house at what else i can use it for.. 10 out of 10 dont hesitate to try it especially got your RV needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This paste was super easy to use. We had a bucket with a crack and a few holes to test it. It was easy to use, you just spread it over the crack or hole and wait 24-48 hours to dry. I was spackling holes and a crack. I did find out that with an irregular crack it may take two applications to fully be water tight, but it worked! Very handy stuff to have. I can imagine using it for flower pots or buckets, but many other things as well. One thing to note is you shouldn’t leave the container open long as it will dry as soon as it touches air. But, it actually works!

I no longer have to worry about water seeping down and making the crack worse. It looks like liquid rubber. Not very easy to clean up, so make sure to use an applicator like cardboard, one-time use gloves. I'd highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Flex Seal Flex Paste Super Thick Rubber Paste in black is a nice thick paste that was easy to apply. We used it to seal a hairline basement Crack to prevent water infiltration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start off, I didn't really sniff it, but I didn't notice a strong chemical odor. It filled the spots where I needed it to. I used it on treated ground contact wood where I made cut to preserve and waterproof it. It took about half an hour to an hour to cure a thin layer. It seems to hold up strength wise, but time will tell. I always liked these products. This was my first time using the flex seal paste. It will work good around a chimney if you have a leak or shingle issues. I would have liked if it spread more easily. It's consistency is like a putty mixed with toothpaste if that help anyone. It doesn't go too far so use sparingly.

The area I was trying to apply it in was tight, however, I used a small grout knife and managed to get it applied. It has great adhesive abilities and will definitely hold the water in for my toilet valve until I can pay a plumber to come in for a complete replacement. The product was dry within a couple of hours but I waited 24 hours to use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed by the spill-proof sealed container it arrived in, and after easily applying a small amount with a plastic knife to a leaking shower head in the guest bathroom, it dried quickly and resembled black electrical tape. It has a smooth but thick consistency that made it easy to apply.

It worked pretty well after I sanded down the damage and gently patted a very small amount where I had sanded. It is thick and cured quickly but slightly sticky to the touch. I would recommend for using to seal objects that are not high touch areas.
