[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sauce is fantastic. I love Asian food, but not too much spice. This is spicy, but not super spicy, and amazingly flavorful. Be sure to stir it well. The chunks on the bottom are the best part. With this sauce, soup dumplings from the microwave are as good as from a restaurant. It’s also great on fried eggs. The zhong sauce is also really great. The sauces are expensive, but last me a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally tried FLY BY JING’s Original Sichuan Chili Crisp, and it really does add depth and bold flavor to just about anything, like eggs, rice bowls, noodles, veggies. The Sichuan peppercorn gives it that unique numbing tingle, and the crunchy bits are super satisfying. It’s definitely more savory and smoky than sweet, which I like. That said, it is pretty oily, and some jars have more crunch than others. It’s also on the pricier side compared to other chili crisps. Just know it’s a premium splurge, not an everyday budget buy.
