Throw in the fact that I also have a side hustle which keeps me in front of the computer. . . well, needless to say my eyes were struggling. I was getting constant headaches, blurry vision, and so many other negative side effects. I decided I needed to make some changes so I decreased my time in front of the screen while also implementing these supplements in my day to day routine. I have noticed a huge change in my eye sight and I have far less headaches and less blurry vision.
