Bought this for the guest room that is loaded with wood bookshelves and it matches the style perfectly. What you don't see from the store photos is that the shade is round! I was reticent to buy this at first because I thought it was square and might poke my eyes out. Not so!- Round and elegant. So easy to reach up and turn off the light when sleepy without waking up completely. Freed up the night stand and looks fabulous! My 3rd wall light from Lamps Plus and I could not be happier!

My husband purchased a pair of these lamps for me for Christmas. I had a floor lamp beside the bed and I kept tripping over it and knocking it over. These wall lamps are a great solution to easy access to light on either side of the bed without taking up room on the floor. Nice quality and adjustable brightness is a plus.

This turned out to be a very nice lamp. Why it cost more than similar lamps that LP is selling I don’t know. We love the double articulation, the rotating joints aren’t sloppy, the dimmer work well with a dimmable LED 7W bulb, and the lamp shade adds warmth without excessively attenuating the light. The one con and the reason for only 4 stars is the vertical misalignment between the mounting plate and lamp base. We used a rotating laser leveling system and with the mounting plate perfectly vertical the base is offset by several degrees, easily seen with the laser, and more importantly with my eyes.

Sturdy, well-balanced. Works beautifully with our Craftsman style. We were replacing old lamp on a fixture box at a window seat, so we removed the plug wire --- carefully --- not beyond our DIY skills. We are very pleased.
