The color is neutral and appears to be great quality. My son loves the colors and has claimed it as his! It is not too heavy for him which makes playing easier for him! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased two pickleball or paddleball paddles from Franklin sports. These are really sturdy and good quality paddles! I only wish they had been sold in a set of two because I do feel like the price was a little bit high, but the quality is very good, so I guess you get what you pay for. My kids immediately took the paddles outside to start playing paddle ball. We don't have a pickleball court, so they just have fun bouncing the ball back and forth to each other. I may have to buy another two paddles so that my husband and I can play too. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Franklin pickle ball paddle is lightweight and easy to hold. It has a double edge guard. The weight is between 7.2 and 7.6 ounces. It also has a fiberglass surface and a poly propylene core. I like the black and white colors. However, I can see fingerprints when I touch the paddle. It worked well during my short game however I am used to a heavier paddle. My shots were off due to the lighter weight. It would be a great paddle for kids learning to play. It is lightweight and easy to move back and forth. The face of the board is a little textured and will help control the ball well. Its thin design will fit easily in my gym bag. It is lightweight only weighing about 7.5 lbs. I am only 5 feet 2 inches tall and it is very easy for me to control. I attached a picture of me holding it to show the size reference. This Pickleball racket also has a plastic around it for added protection against scratching or dense if your racket happens to hit the court. We also appreciate the poly propylene core and fiberglass surface that covers the outside of the racket. There is a protective plastic casing surrounding the racket to help Protect against nicks and dents. This racket is a black, dark, gray and white design. It was neutral in color and would not get dirty easily. The weight of this is really nice and the handle is nicely padded. It was packaged nice as well and easy to get out of the packaging. Overall, if you’re looking for a paddle that you can also slip inside of your suitcase or put inside of your tennis bag for vacation this is going to be the perfect option for you.
