It’s packaged perfectly so that you can slice off the amount you want for your small dog without wasting any. It’s not expensive like some of the other real food dog food, nor does it have a bad smell or leave my dogs breath smelling like something died in their mouths. My girls make happy bowls every meal time since starting them on fresh pet select.

I don't care for having it open in my refrigerator, so it's not something I would use. If it came in 1 serving size package, I would love it. The ingredients are high quality, and my dog absolutely loves it. The price is at the higher end for my budget. The smell wasn't horrible, but again, not for my fridge. It would be more of an occasional treat than a daily meal.

It doesn't smell horrible when I cook it and Duke knew I was cooking for something for him. He smelled it and came in the kitchen and layed down and waited for it to get done. The package is clearly marked with measure spots to ensure you are feeding the correct amount for your dog(s). my dogs drool and become very inpatient while having to wait until I dish it up for them. Packaging is easy to open and my only downside is sealing it once its opened. The texture is almost like a potted meat and is easy to crumble in the bowl allowing my pup to enjoy. He always smells his food and the sweetness of the sweet potato he dug right in and ate his entire bowl.

This is her 'crack', I'm not kidding. I have never seen my dog react to dog food the way she has with this. When I go to the frig for it, she knows and she starts rushing me. She sometimes is a very picky eater. She is used to eating chicken, rice and sweet potatoes. So, this Freshpet recipe worked perfectly for her. She finished the whole bowl and was ready for more!

It looks fantastic and once I opened the package, you can smell the freshness! This stays refrigerated for and the easy open and close bag keeps the food at its freshest.
