The ingredients are great for all dogs and they make some for sensitive tummies. The smell is something you have to get used to when feeding it but it’s worth it and it’s the only food my dog will only eat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time giving Freshpet Complete Nutrition chicken recipe with wholesome grains or any type of refrigerated dog food to my dog. She seemed to really enjoy it and would get excited at meal time. I was surprised that you were actually able to see the ingredients like grains and vegetables. The ingredients include freshly cooked farm raised chicken along with grains like brown rice and oats, as well as healthy vegetables that include carrots, peas, and spinach. These are helpful in maintaining weight, healthy gut, providing vitamins and mineral for nutrients and good for dogs with sensitive stomachs and may appeal to dogs that can be picky eaters. All the information you may need is on the packaging from ingredients, portion serving size, and storing refrigerator instructions and other helpful information. Although these are some really good points, I would say it can be a bit pricey, especially if you have a bigger dog(s) and you have to make sure you use the food before it can go bad because it is made fresh to eat and kept in the refrigerator.

I started two of my dogs on this formula a few weeks ago. They absolutely love it. I also noticed that both have more energy. I am sure I will start to notice more changes soon. This is easy to cut up and divide into meals. Great ingredients. The dogs are definitely happier with Fresh Pet over dry kibble.

My dog loved it so much that after the first time she tried it she stole the rest of the roll off the counter while my back was turned. The texture was pretty consistent with dog food! It’s kind of neat that you can actually see the little bits of carrots in the roll! It actually smells like food, it is definitely not an unpleasant smell! I was slightly worried about adding this in because my pittbull has a sensitive stomach but she didn’t seem to have any negative reactions to eating this so that’s great!! The only thing I will say is some better packaging would be great like maybe something resealable.
