Instant relief

I completely tore down the middle. These ice packs were a savor. Yes, the cooling doesn’t last a long time, but the cooling was instant relief. I didn’t have any issues with them not cooling. You just have to make sure you shake the pad after you break the cooling feature. You’ll hear the pop. The pad also did a great job at absorbing. I went through a whole box in 1.5 days. I’m ordering another right now.

Nope, try again.

They don’t get cold and are very uncomfortable. I’m pretty irritated that I opened the product and tried several with no relief. Thank god I brought a few home the hospital provided. But I bought a box full of these and they don’t even work.

Not cold

These don’t get cold. The Frida ice pads I bought two years ago worked great but this batch was barely cool.

So uncomfortable

These do get cold but you really have to bend it until there’s a pop and then shake it a bit. The cool is nice while it lasts, but the discomfort of this pad is terrible. It feels like a hard freezer pack with a pad over it so whether or sitting I couldn’t stand wearing it.

Would never buy again. I would have been better off buying ice packs or making my own. The pads don’t get cold enough or last for 2 minutes. The instructions don’t give the results that it says in the steps.

Cold does not last

I was not impressed with these; they were cold significantly less time than the ones I got from the hospital. Additionally, the adhesive stuck to my underwear so strongly that I ended up having to throw the underwear away.

Good for some, not for me.

I was excited to use these for relief post Bartholin cyst/abscess procedure. Unfortunately, I don't feel any cold nor relief from this product. However, the extra padding is comfortable to sleep in. I tried 2 pads thinking I did something incorrectly, but both have not worked to my liking.
