Friskies Lil' Shakes Tuna Wet Cat Food - 1.55oz

My cat is crazy for this stuff. After reading about coconut milk and effects on cats, however, now I am concerned about giving it to him daily. I will try lactose free milk inbetween lil' shakes days. I have tried all the "licking" products you have and nothing excites him except this. I am bummed I can't use as often as he/I would like (after reading about coconut milk)...

My cat absolutely loves wet food products and this was no exception. She was so excited from the moment I opened the package. She was attracted to the scent and lapped up the liquid happily. She really seemed to like the flavor, and she licked the bowl clean! I will use this as a treat versus a meal.

Why they are putting coconut in cat food is beyond me. I received this item as a sample for my honest review.

She is usually good with tuna/seafood flavors and lickable food/treats but I've never seen her enjoy anything as much as this. I 100% recommend.

She tends to be rather picky about her food and I have had to toss or donate stuff a lot, so trying new things for free is great! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Friskies Lil’ Shakes Tantalizing Tuna Cat Food makes for a great treat on its own, or you can add it to cat food to make new flavors for mealtime. After one of my cats caught a mouse one night, I decided to use it as a stand alone treat to say “thank you.” Unfortunately, that cat sniffed it and turned her nose up. She usually likes fish flavored wet food so this surprised me. Our other female cat, who will usually eat anything I give her, also sniffed it and turned her nose up. My male cat, however, who will usually only eat dry cat food (no treats, no people food, no wet food), LOVED it! I mixed a little up with the food to get the girls to at least try it and left the rest on a plate. He cleaned the whole plate! The girls did seem to enjoy it in their food after they tried it, but the boy really surprised me. It is very smooth and runny, which may be why my girls would only try it with food mixed in. This would have been perfect for older cat without teeth before he passed away as it does not require chewing. It contains a good amount of food in each pouch. Even though two of my cats were not fans initially, I highly recommend it to other feline parents because there are many possibilities of how to serve this treat and some cats may enjoy one but not another. It can be used as a side or stir-in with dry kibble, it can be served as a topper for wet food, or it can be used on it's on as an anytime snack. I decided to give it to my fur baby as a mid-morning treat. It has a thicker, smoother texture that is perfectly and apparently deliciously lickable. A single packet is also an ample and satisfying portion for one. The blend with a little coconut milk was enough to excite my pet and caused her to created a clean bowl in one sitting. It does not exactly tick all the boxes nutritionally, but I do strongly recommend this product as an occasional treat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love giving my cat new treats. So I thought it would be fun to try Friskies Lil’ Shakes Tuna Complement. The pouch this complement comes in is easy to open put I think I should of squeezed the pouch a little bit before I opened it up because the complement is slightly separated. Causing it to come out unmixed. This complement smells alright but it looks very oily and kind of gross, especially since I didn’t mix it. My cat seemed to like it at first but she didn’t consume all of it. She only had about half of it. It could have been because it wasn’t mixed very well though. Since my cat wasn’t too fond of Friskies Lil’ Shakes Tuna Complement and I thought it looked gross, I’m not sure I’d give her this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried giving my cats Friskies Lil' Shakes Tuna Complement, but they weren't sure about it. While they usually like tuna, one cat liked it and one wouldn't eat it. I ended up pouring it over their dry food and then they ate it.

This Friskies Lil Shakes Tuna pouch has a mixture that I have not seen in any other brands before. The texture is milk like, soupy, and provides great moisture to your cat. My cat loves these in the hot summer days and just laps them right up. I like how I just need to rip open the pouch and toss it away. Can be used as a treat, snack or topper.
