Appearance-wise, these look like the perfect assortment and quantity of vegetables, but there is a persistent aftertaste to these vegetables. I have tried these vegetables a few times now, so it's not just a one-time occurrence. Sadly, I will not purchase these again. I think the pea pods are causing it, even though they should not be.

These were really yummy and the veggies all had a nice bright color. However, it’s primarily carrots. Very little bell peppers. You get mostly broccoli cuts (our bag had one floret) and very few water chestnuts. Despite all that, I would buy this again bc I do love the variety for the price.

This is a bag of carrots with a piece of broccoli in it. I bought 2 bags and both are the exact same. If you’re really into carrots I guess this if for you. Otherwise just buy the individual bags of vegetables and make your own stir fry. This is trash.

Inconsistent Quality
I've been buying these for years because of the convenient mixture which is great for soups and of course stir fry. However, the mix is often heavily biased towards carrots, as others have stated. The most significant thing that I've noticed is that the more sensitive vegetables can taste freezer burnt at times; I notice this mostly with the pea pods and broccoli. And when I say freezer burnt, it's definitely not an issue on my end because I've been using these up within days of purchasing them.
