Directions
Needs to be fully cooked. Keep frozen until ready to prepare.
For food safety, cook to 165°F until hot throughout. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly.
Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
Microwave
Do not puncture or open before microwaving.
1. Place unopened bag THIS SIDE UP in microwave oven. Evenly distribute vegetables inside.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes or until hot.**
3. Let stand 1 minute. Bag will be hot; lift from corners. Open carefully.
**Directions developed for 1100 watt microwave ovens. Cooking in ovens of lower watts will require additional time.
Stovetop
1. Combine peas and 1/2 cup water in medium saucepan.
2. Bring to a full boil over HIGH heat; cover. Reduce heat to MEDIUM.
3. Cook 7 to 8 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally. Drain. Season to taste.

These are the best frozen peas! Both of my kids love them, and usually I don't even add salt (little one is only 16 months). They heat up well, the zipper on the bag is easy to open and close, so I just heat up what we need for a meal and throw the rest back in the freezer. Plus these are sooo affordable; they're better per ounce than what I can get at our local grocery store.

These bags are the perfect size-- not too big or small and priced really well. They have a veggie mix but we prefer to buy them individually and make our own mix or let our kid pick which veggie to cook. Some days they prefer one veggie over the other so it's nice to have that flexibility!
